  • Equipment functions: Suitable for surface finishing of various flat plate parts, including wire drawing, polishing, scratch removal, longitudinal burr removal, oxide scale removal, roughening, and thickness setting.
  • Equipment combination: Abrasive belts and polishing wheels, either individually or in combination.
  • Equipment processing width: 350mm, 650mm, 800mm, 1050mm, 1350mm, 1600mm, 2000mm, 2200mm
  • Equipment processing thickness: 1-80mm
  • Belt linear velocity: 18m/s (Variable frequency speed control optional)
  • Polishing wheel linear speed: 20m/s (Variable frequency speed control optional)
  • Conveying speed: 2-11 m/min (variable frequency adjustable)
  • Optional feeding methods:
    (I) Conveyor belt + rubber pressure roller clamping feeding (suitable for ordinary workpieces. Workpiece length ≥ 280mm)
(II) High-power permanent magnet adsorption conveying (suitable for carbon steel workpieces. Workpiece size ≥ 10mm × 10mm)
(III) Vacuum negative pressure adsorption conveying (suitable for non-magnetic adsorption of stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, etc. Workpiece size ≥ 50mm × 50mm)
(iv) Rubber roller + rubber roller clamping feeding (suitable for large and heavy workpieces. Workpiece length ≥ 280mm)
  • Four-post synchronous lifting system, with digital setting and reading of lifting height in mm.
  • Each station of the equipment is equipped with front and rear spray water pipes to supply grinding fluid, and inlet and outlet are equipped with water-blocking rollers to prevent grinding fluid from splashing. The outlet is equipped with upper and lower air knives for water drying, and three sets of water-squeezing rollers to squeeze out water.
  • It is equipped with an automatic paper tape filter to filter grinding dust and provide grinding fluid for environmentally friendly production.
  • Advantages of wet processing:
    (i) Wet-processed workpieces are less prone to heat deformation during cold processing.
(ii) Wet machining produces better surface roughness of the workpiece.
(III) Wet machining process absorbs all grinding dust, resulting in a better working environment.
(iv) Wet processing consumables have a longer service life
