LANUSS Fully Automatic Deburring and Edge Rounding Machine

This machine is designed for sheet metal processing applications such as laser cutting, stamping, waterjet cutting, and plasma cutting. It efficiently removes burrs and surface scratches, delivering a smooth and uniform finish in a single pass.

It supports multiple processing functions including pre-grinding, brushing, polishing, deburring, and edge rounding. The system is suitable for various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium alloys, and other non-ferrous metals.

Lanuss Fully Automatic Chamfering, Deburring, Slag Removal and Wire Drawing Equipment

Product Parameters

  • Equipment functions: For surface finishing of workpieces from laser cutting, shearing, stamping, waterjet cutting, plasma cutting, etc., including pre-grinding, wire drawing, polishing, scratch removal, deburring, chamfering, and blunting.
  • Equipment combination: Wide sanding belt + omnidirectional roller brush, single or multiple combination structures
  • Equipment processing width: 450mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1350mm, 1600mm
  • Equipment processing thickness: 0.5-80mm
  • Conveying speed: 0.5-6 m/min (variable frequency adjustable)
  • Optional feeding methods:
    (I) High-power permanent magnet adsorption conveying (suitable for carbon steel workpieces. Workpiece size ≥ 30mm × 30mm)
    (II) Vacuum negative pressure adsorption conveying (suitable for non-magnetic adsorption of stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, etc. Workpiece size ≥ 50mm × 50mm)
  • Four-column synchronous lifting system, independent lifting at the roller brush station, servo-controlled lifting, with an accuracy of 0.01mm.
  • Adjusting machining parameters via the CNC PLC touch screen
  • Equipped with wet scrubbers or industrial pulse scrubbers to handle grinding dust, achieving environmentally friendly production.
