High-performance ultra-long belt grinding machine

Used for efficient grinding of large metal sheets. The belt drive motor has a power of 15KW, and the belt width is 160mm (double belt) or 315mm (single belt). A quick belt change system can be installed at both ends of the equipment. A single DURA machine can be equipped with up to four belts to achieve multi-segment wide-area grinding of large workpieces.

Additional modules, such as polishing equipment and planetary three-disc assembly, can further enhance the functionality of the equipment.

Two operating modes are available
  • Equipment moves, workbench is fixed
  • Equipment is fixed, workbench is movable

OMNI-GRIND Grinding System

  • The OMNI-GRIND grinding system is a modular system for grinding stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum sheet metal workpieces.
  • The manual polishing trolley and workbench are suitable for small-batch, multi-variety production.
  • Fully automated grinding carriages and coded worktables are suitable for large-volume production.
  • Based on the grinding function, additional functions such as polishing and deburring can be easily added, and the workpiece support device can also be upgraded to different forms of multi-axis automatic positioning mechanism.
