Laser Welding Machine
- The Penta laser welding machine uses a high-energy-density laser beam as a heat source, which can quickly form a deep and narrow molten pool on the metal surface, resulting in fine welds and a small heat-affected zone, making it suitable for high-quality and high-efficiency metal welding operations. The equipment has a stable light source output and a precise control system, which can maintain consistent welding quality on various metals such as thin plates, stainless steel, and aluminum, replacing traditional argon welding and CO2 welding methods.
- Metal laser welding machines feature concentrated heat input and low deformation, resulting in smooth workpiece surfaces that are less prone to blackening or weld spatter.
